Quality Homes

Quality Homes, operating as Quality Engineered Homes, builds modular custom homes and cottages in Wellington North and across Central and Southwestern Ontario, and has been doing so since 1987. Each house is built indoors in a factory, then delivered and installed on the client's lot, whether vacant or holding a structure that must come down, and one client story covers a teardown and rebuild. Buyers choose an existing design, modify it or work with the team on their own custom design. The company helps obtain permits and handles zoning and bylaw details, and its Homebuyer's Ultimate Guarantee covers price, completion date and quality. It gives a 10-year structural warranty it says goes three years beyond the Tarion standard. Rated 4.1 from 75 Google reviews, 46 of them five stars.
