About Lockington Homes I.C.F
Lockington Homes in Aylmer builds with insulated concrete forming, and its tagline is Build smart. Build ICF, which reflects a focus on one building system. The work covers finished homes, above grade ICF shells, ICF foundations, radiant floor heating and ICF pools. Pairing radiant floor heat with the ICF wall system is presented as an efficient way to heat the house, and ICF allows finished basement heights of 10 feet or more. One featured project, the Van Leeuwen Residence, is a 4,800 square foot custom home using 9,400 square feet of ICF, and it placed as a top finisher in the large residential category of an award program. Rated 4.5 from 8 Google reviews, 7 of them five stars and one at one star.
