About A.N.T. Homes

A.N.T. Homes is a custom home builder in Midhurst, founded in 1988 by Wayne, who started in renovations and moved into custom home construction. He obtained Tarion registration in 1996, and an HCRA licence is shown. Services cover custom home design, new construction, renovations and a Dream Builder Package for township permit submissions. Its design-build approach keeps every stage under one roof, from finding the property and developing plans to budgeting, engineering, permits and interior finishes. It also does large-scale renovations and rebuilds after losses such as fires, including demolition and foundation repair, as one client described. Communities include East Oro Estates, Innisfil Estates and Willow Creek Estates, and luxury custom homes are part of its work across Simcoe County.
