About Gregor Homes Ltd.

Gregor Homes Ltd. is a custom home builder and renovator with more than 40 years of work in Barrie, Simcoe County, Collingwood and Muskoka. It builds high-end custom homes and lakeside cottages, plus home additions and full home renovations. Clients go through an initial consultation, a design process and project pricing, and the company takes them from design through obtaining permits on their behalf to completion. It aims to meet on site monthly to keep clients updated. A free estimate and a consultation booking are offered, and the company hosts the Good Neighbour Podcast. Its estimating team prices the project once the floor plans and interior designs are approved, and it is locally owned and one of the longest standing builders in the region, with clients reading kind words from past projects. Rated 4.4 from 28 Google reviews, 24 of them five stars and 4 one star.
