Custom Home Builder listing in Barrie, ON

About Lilac Homes Inc.

Lilac Homes Inc. has designed and built custom homes since 2001 for Barrie, Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Essa, Innisfil, Coldwater and the rest of Simcoe County. It works as an estate home builder on one-off houses, either on a client's own lot or in its communities, Greenwood Landings and Vespra Valley Estates, where inventory homes are for sale. Each build begins with a review of servicing, grading, access and zoning before design and planning start. Energy-efficient systems, sustainable materials and smart home technology go into its homes, and renovations are also offered. Its menu lists a warranty page and an Ontario HST rebate resource, plus a portfolio sorted into exteriors, kitchens, bathrooms and interiors. Two Wade models are shown among its Greenwood Landings homes. Rated 4.4 from 7 Google reviews, 5 of them five stars.
