About Marquise Construction Inc.
Since 2009, Marquise Construction has been building custom luxury homes in Prince Edward County, the Bay of Quinte area and across Eastern Ontario. This boutique firm manages, builds and remodels for a discerning clientele, with commercial building also on offer. Recent new builds include waterfront and lakeside homes and cottages, among them Water's Edge in Wellington, Moody by the Lake and County Road Retreat in Consecon, and the PEC Modern Cottage in Picton. A client's published review praises its waterfront studio and cottage build, and others say it delivers on time and on budget. Owners Matthew O'Coin and Nate Mastin lead the team, and a consultation can be requested. Rated 4.3 from six Google reviews, five of them five stars and one at one star.
