Shirecrest Homes Inc.

Shirecrest Homes Inc. in St George is a custom estate home builder, with a design and build process for new houses and what it calls dramatic renovations. Its in-house designers and sales consultants work with clients who already own a property they want to develop, and the home is built on that property. The process moves from initial discussions and a needs assessment to preliminary designs, a conceptual floor plan and 3D exterior renderings, with zoning and conservation review handled before construction and any required development permit obtained by the firm. Contract review covers financing, sale of an existing property and Tarion. At completion the owner receives the keys together with the New Home Tarion Warranty. A named project manager leads the build stage and a named designer guides interior selections. Rated 5.0 from 5 Google reviews.
