Park Road Design & Build is a boutique design-build firm in Brighton focused on medium to large residential renovations, additions and new custom builds. It guides clients from concept to completion with concept designs, 3D renders, space planning, selection of finishes and fixtures, permit drawings, full construction and project management. Concept designs, 3D renders and space planning come before permit drawings, so clients see the project before construction begins. Technical drawings and engineering are prepared to meet the Ontario Building Code, with in-house architects and engineers guiding approvals. The lead construction manager began by framing custom homes, and the owners previously managed high-end retail projects.
