East Village is the Cobourg area new home brand of Stalwood Homes, a builder with more than 30 years behind it. The company sells homes in its own communities in Cobourg, Baltimore, Grafton and Brighton, including freehold townhomes, condominiums, semi-detached and fully detached houses, and it also builds custom homes on estate lots. Quick move-in homes with immediate closings are offered, and a mortgage approval page and design selections guide buyers through the purchase. Some homes come with listed upgrade packages such as luxury plank flooring and quartz countertops. The founder began in framing and renovation work before moving into communities, and a team of local architects, interior designers and suppliers works on custom designed homes.
