About D.R Builders

D.R Builders is a hands-on custom home builder and general contractor serving Simcoe County from Collingwood and Wasaga Beach, including Barrie, Orillia and Midland. Its services cover custom house builds, general contracting, renovations and additions, bathroom and kitchen renovations, basement finishing, deck building and timber framing. Projects start with a clear, detailed estimate, and the crew handles permits, scheduling and pre-construction planning before staying closely involved on site. The business says it knows local building styles, climate and municipal requirements, serves the Georgian Triangle and offers a free quote. The company frames its mission around building homes rather than just structures, creating spaces where families can live, grow and make memories, and it keeps a portfolio and blog. Rated 5.0 from 8 Google reviews, all at five stars.
