About Buildman Inc.

Buildman Inc. is a York Region general contractor operating since 2008 and serving Toronto and surrounding areas. It builds ground-up custom homes, major additions and tear-down rebuilds under fixed-price contracts, and also does bathroom, kitchen and basement renovations, decks, patios, pergolas, custom carpentry and flooring. Permits, trades, scheduling and inspections are handled under a single contract. It states Tarion registration, $2M liability insurance and WSIB coverage on every trade, and runs a handyman service at $150 per hour for jobs of one to three hours. Its menu also lists custom stairs, interlocking stone, flooring and tile, and basement finishing. Online estimates are offered, and the project walkthrough with a designer ends in a single all-in number. Rated 5.0 from 41 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
