About Norseman Construction & Development Ltd.

Norseman Construction & Development runs a design-build practice in East York that serves Toronto and the GTA, with more than 20 years behind it. Custom homes sit at the center of the work, described as modern, luxury and sustainable builds, and clients can ask for an energy-efficient house with smart home technology and high-performance building systems. The team handles design planning, engineering coordination, heat loss calculations, zoning reviews and permit approvals alongside the construction itself. It also does renovations, additions, interior design, laneway homes and garden suites. A two-year warranty is offered, including a one-year Tarion warranty, and the company states it is endorsed by RenoMark. Finished projects include Fallingbrook Rd., Blythwood and Bellefair. Rated 4.8 from 94 Google reviews, 88 of them five stars.
