Timber Wolf Design/Build

Timber Wolf Design/Build is a Toronto firm serving the GTA that offers custom homes, home additions and renovations through a single design-build contract, with an architect and a BCIN designer producing the plans before the builder reviews them. It also publishes reviews from clients, including one from owners who bought a bungalow tear-down in East York and hired the firm to design and build their new house, and the firm describes rebuilding a house as part of its residential work. The firm describes decades of construction management experience, a one stop approach with the design-builder leading as project coordinator, and a focus on preventing errors rather than finding them later. Rated 4.2 from 5 Google reviews, 4 of them five stars and 1 one star.
