Virtual Homes Inc.

Virtual Homes Inc. builds custom homes and renovates kitchens, basements and bathrooms in Toronto, Etobicoke and Mississauga. It uses design-build construction and takes clients through a virtual tour of the design, by-laws, permits and final construction under a project manager. It says it builds for energy efficiency, including heating, cooling and insulation. Interior design is also offered. The team presents design-build as a way to avoid the homeowner acting as middleman between companies, and it builds on renderings that let clients view each room before approving construction. Recent work includes a custom Etobicoke home with exterior construction and unique built rooms. Services are listed for Toronto and Mississauga, with separate pages for home renovation, renovation contractor, kitchen, bathroom and basement work. Rated 5.0 from 3 Google reviews, all five stars.
