Oke Woodsmith Building Systems Inc

Oke Woodsmith Building Systems has built custom homes around Grand Bend since 1984 and takes on only a very few, very select homes each year, no two alike. An in-house design and build team handles lakefront retreats, contemporary family estates and luxury cottages along Ontario's shoreline and in rural settings. Heritage and addition renovations are part of the mix. One featured home sits on an insulated concrete form foundation. Founder's family members now run the company and describe a solid name in luxury custom homes. Rated 5.0 from seven Google reviews, all five stars. With so few builds each year, ask early about the schedule and when a new project could realistically begin. A visit to a finished home, or the portfolio of lakefront and rural projects, is a good way to judge whether the style matches what you want.
