Barné Building and Construction Inc.

Barné Building and Construction has built in Sudbury, Espanola and French River for 35 years. It is an authorized erector of Royal Homes, whose factory in Morewood, Ontario has produced energy-efficient modular homes since 1991, so its focus is custom modular homes. As a design build general contractor it plans the home with the client and can supply and erect it on a foundation, whether the plan is a compact family home or a larger custom design. Single family homes and cottages are both on offer. It also does residential renovations, new construction, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements and drywall, and industrial and commercial work, with roofing handled through Patrick Roofing. Virtual tours and a health and safety policy are posted. Rated 3.3 from 7 Google reviews, 4 of them five stars and 3 one star.
