St. Elizabeth Village has over 500 garden townhomes and Upper Mill Pond is a 5-storey building with 40 suite layouts. A renovation division, Zest Renovations, does residential and commercial renovations in Hamilton and Niagara, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions and structural renovations, and it also lists custom home builds. A Preferred Equity Model is part of its offering. St. Elizabeth Village sits on a natural oasis of parks and ponds, and its events, including Village After Dark, a Halloween celebration and a holiday stroll, have collected over 16,000 pounds of food.
