About Davies Home Improvements

Davies Home Improvements is a family business run by Brian Davies, working in Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Hamilton and across Niagara since 2014, and now available in Northern Ontario. It takes homeowners from design through to turn-key work: custom new homes, home additions, and renovations including basements, kitchens and bathrooms, along with decks and fences. Each project follows a few steps, starting with personalized designs and engineer sign-off, and the company walks owners through the permit process. Energy-efficient doors, windows and insulation are offered as options, along with solar panels and green roofs. Federal government loans are mentioned for homeowners adding a second unit, and the company stresses that permits are required by law for construction projects and that each municipality has its own rules. Rated 4.6 from 19 Google reviews, 17 of them five stars and 2 one star.
