About Everlast Homes

Everlast Homes builds custom homes from its base in Vineland, serving clients across Niagara and the GTA. Jason Schulenberg started a framing company in 2012 and later partnered with Harmen Jongsma, and together they obtained a Tarion licence, so every home is built by a Tarion licensed builder. Clients speak directly with one of the owners. The build runs in four phases that start with the client's idea and move into drawings, then a planning and permits phase in which the company contacts the city and arranges the permits needed to start construction. A home tour and showcase of finished work are part of the process. The founders are passionate about building and committed to transparent communication with clients.
