Davies Group

Davies Group is an Ottawa architectural practice and custom modular home builder with more than 20 years in custom design and renovations. Modular homes are built in a climate-controlled factory by trained craftspeople and delivered to the client's property. The company helps with lot preparation, including surveys, permits, lot clearing, demolition, excavation, foundations and utility installations, and works with clients on the permit process and inspections. Buyers get two in-depth design sessions, can pick and choose lot prep items or add them to a custom modular purchase, and can add garages, decks, porches and basements. Renovations and additions are also offered, and a free estimate is available. Guidance pages explain how to get the property ready and how to prepare for delivery, with a checklist to download.
