Sunter Homes builds custom and semi-custom luxury homes in Ottawa, along with multi-unit residences and subdivisions. Established in 2010, it is led by president Adrian Sunter, a Red Seal certified licensed carpenter, and works with local architects and designers. Clients can start from an empty lot or rebuild an existing home entirely. A design and build service, a custom home cost estimating tool that adjusts location, size and luxury, and model plans such as the Windsong, the Clearspring, the Evergreen and the Balsam Fir are offered. The company also sells in its own communities, Maplestone Lakes and Stonewalk Estates, and takes on renovations, additions and carpentry.
