About Amsted Design-Build

Amsted Design-Build is a full-service renovation and custom home builder serving Brockville, the St. Lawrence River and Ottawa, merged with Precision Contracting in 2022. An integrated design-build team handles custom homes, urban infill, estate properties, cottages and sustainable homes, including clients who already own their lot. It built Ottawa's first R-2000 home in 1991. Renovations cover kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and exteriors, and it manages city permits and zoning so the client does not have to juggle architects, contractors and trades. Award winning projects appear in its portfolio, including barrier-free living and urban luxury designs, and it earned a platinum award in 2013. Clients can book a consultation to talk through their property and goals. Rated 4.1 from 13 Google reviews, 10 of them five stars and 3 one star.
