About Bogdanovic Construction Inc

Bogdanovic Construction builds custom homes in Kincardine and southwestern Ontario and has done so since 1998, as a family owned business with over 250 homes behind it. The team takes clients from designing the home through building and even furnishing, and customers are offered long-lasting home warranties. Once a client proceeds, Aleksandar prepares a detailed specification outline and cost breakdown, and handles paperwork, permits and registrations. The company is also a developer: its lakeside community Crimson Oak Valley opened in 2020 off Lake Range Road, and available properties can be browsed. Kincardine is promoted as a friendly, family-friendly community with waterfront access. Finished homes are backed by Tarion warranty coverage. Rated 4.9 from 35 Google reviews, 34 of them five stars.
