About N. Greenham Construction

N. Greenham Construction is a locally owned Kingston builder of custom homes, major additions and full home renovations, led by Nigel Greenham with 16 years of experience. It offers custom home design and ICF construction, luxury renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and basements. The process starts with design and budgeting under cost-plus pricing, then covers permits and approvals, and construction. Nigel is a member of the Kingston Home Builders Association and a Tarion certified builder. The Maple Lawn custom home in Glenburnie was the overall winner at the 2024 Showcase of New Homes, and clients can request a custom home consultation. The company was also recognized with awards from the Kingston Home Builders Association at that showcase. Its pricing is transparent and detailed, and a customer review says the job site was always clean. Rated 5.0 from 9 Google reviews, all five stars.
