Sam Jraige began building homes in Leamington at 18 and started his own company in 1986, which became Bayside Homes Limited of Cottam, family owned and operated with his wife and sons. It builds across Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent, offering custom designed and custom built homes from existing plans or a new plan, with finishes from standard to high end, including cabinets and tile. Renovations include basement finishing, additions and kitchen and bathroom remodels. The company points to over 40 years of excellent standing with Tarion, and its first subdivision was Rudgate Lane in Leamington in 1988. A projects page shows recent builds.
