About Noah Homes

Noah Homes has built custom homes in the Windsor Essex region of Ontario for more than 10 years, working out of Kingsville. It is a registered Tarion builder and a member of the Canadian Home Builders' Association, and its guarantee protects the buyer's home and investment. Buyers can walk through a model or spec home from time to time, and communities are part of what it offers. It gives new home buyers tips on mortgage pre-approval, checking a builder's qualifications and understanding costs, and answers questions about the building process for first-time buyers. Its stated principles are honesty, integrity and quality. It advises buyers to preview plans and model homes before committing. Rated 4.7 from 30 Google reviews, 25 of them five stars.
