About Wescon Builders

Wescon Builders has built custom homes across Windsor Essex County since 1995. Wesley Maslanka founded it after starting out in plumbing, tile and renovation work. The company runs a design and build process from first consultation through permits, a construction phase of 10 to 14 months and a final walkthrough. Its projects range from waterfront estates and private country lots to exclusive infill projects, with high-end finishes, including a custom estate of nearly 6,300 square feet. It also does renovations, additions and finishing work, and builds in Windsor, LaSalle and Amherstburg among other places. Move-in ready and under-construction homes are for sale. The business is entirely referral based and reports no warranty claims in over three decades. Rated 5.0 from 27 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
