Bota Homes

Bota Homes is a custom home builder in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Its services are custom designs and builds and new construction, both with Tarion Warranty, plus contract builds, additions and renovations. The company lists vast experience, a professional team, high end finishes, and being sustainable and accountable among its strengths, and it aims for long term relationships with the community and a trustworthy name. Recent projects include homes on Giles Street in London, Gravel Ridge Trail, where the home has sold, and Falconridge Drive. Custom designs and builds and new construction each carry Tarion Warranty, and more projects are listed as coming soon, with updates promised in the coming months. Because some projects are outside Kitchener, confirm the service area before you plan around it. Rated 5.0 from 2 Google reviews, both five stars.
