About Welcome Home Construction

Welcome Home Construction is an HCRA licensed and Tarion registered general contractor and new home builder in Kitchener, serving Kitchener-Waterloo and Southwestern Ontario. Two brothers, Riz and Faizal Jamal, completed their first custom home in 2001, and the company has since added multi-residential work, a ground-up stacked townhouse condominium in downtown Kitchener and design-build projects at scale. It builds custom homes with Tarion warranty enrolment, additions, large renovations, basement suites and multi-unit developments. The process runs from needs and wants analysis, floor plan and mechanical layout through permit approval, financing, build, inspections and occupancy, and the team coordinates architects, engineers, permits and budgets. Services also cover concrete, excavation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and waterproofing, along with construction management and preconstruction consulting. Rated 4.7 from 15 Google reviews, 14 of them five stars.
