Dick Masse Homes Ltd. has built homes in Ontario since 1986 and is now building in Thorndale, in Thames Centre, with homes for sale on Shirley Street. Customers pick a plan from a large library and the in-house design team modifies it. The company builds on a client's country property or on lots in its own subdivisions, including Elliott Estates. Homes at 142 and 147 Shirley Street are open Sundays from 2 to 4pm, and 140 Shirley Street has sold. Interior and exterior galleries show its work. It has built Energy Star certified homes since 2010 and became a Qualified Net Zero Builder in 2024.
