Patzer Homes Inc

Patzer Homes is a second-generation family builder that has built custom homes in London and the surrounding area for over 24 years, on top of more than 50 years of family construction experience. It sells in its own neighbourhoods: Talbotville Meadows in St. Thomas, Lion's Gate in Mount Brydges and Foxwood Crossing, with floor plans and galleries of interiors and exteriors. Lots at one community are sold out. New homes are protected by the Tarion New Home Warranty, and the company has a perfect Tarion record. It has been a two time nominee for the Ontario Ernest Assaly award for superior building, service and care, and it also does renovations. Buyers can look at an exclusive community with spacious lots as well as floor plans for first homes and growing families. Rated 5.0 from 4 Google reviews, all five stars.
