About VanderMolen Homes

VanderMolen Homes has built custom homes and run renovations since 1980, working from Lucan and serving London, Aylmer, St. Thomas, Port Stanley, Ilderton and beyond. It publishes available lots, floor plans, Energy Star homes and homes for sale and to be built, with a mortgage calculator. The company obtains building and plumbing permits and arranges inspections at set stages, and enrolls every home with Tarion. It belongs to the London Home Builders Association, the Canadian Home Builders Association and RenoMark, and its renovation services are described as award winning. A customer care section supports homeowners after move-in. The work spans new homes, renovations and commercial projects, with a portfolio running from the London area north as far as cottage country. Third-party inspection is part of its process, and electrical permits are issued with inspections by the Electrical Safety Authority. Rated 5.0 from 4 Google reviews, all five stars.
