Ocean Breeze Homes

Ocean Breeze Homes works out of Markham on Woodbine Avenue and builds custom luxury homes for clients across Toronto's established neighbourhoods and the surrounding GTA. Design and construction come together under one roof: an in-house design team produces architecture and interior design, then the same company runs the build and manages the project. Structural drawings, digital renderings and building permit applications are part of the service, so the client sees the home before it goes up. Renovations and additions are also taken on, along with new custom construction. Ocean Breeze Homes also develops residential and commercial properties in areas such as Bedford Park, Lawrence Park and York Mills. Rated 4.8 from 27 Google reviews, 24 of them five stars. Featured projects include Westdale on the Lake, Stuart and two Ultra Modern homes.
