About Dream Build Homes

Dream Build Homes is a turn-key renovation and building company founded by Evan Sangwin, who grew up in Port Credit in a third generation construction family. It handles everything from architectural drawings and permit approvals to construction, with a focus on custom kitchens, bathrooms, legal basements and multiplex conversions, plus major additions, underpinning and custom builds. An in-house millshop produces the cabinetry and millwork. Its work has been published in Home & In-House Magazine. Its process is built to guide clients through each step, from the first consultation to the walkthrough, and it states that every project is compliant and ready to build. The company is a third generation construction family business based in the Port Credit area, and it also works on legal basement suites. Rated 5.0 from 17 Google reviews, all five stars.
