Since 1981 Partex has designed and built new homes, additions, major renovations and commercial interiors across the GTA, working directly with owner and president Andrew Parker. It usually provides the design, zoning variances through the Committee of Adjustment, engineering, building permits and construction for a project, and it shares a 65 line item spreadsheet before work starts. Second storey and third storey additions are a specialty, and a free one hour video consultation is offered. It won the Best of TrustedPros 2024 award for general contracting in Mississauga.
