Premier Builders

Founded by Eng. Aziz Gohir and Dr. Ghulam Murtaza, Premier Builders began as a custom home builder in Southern Ontario in the early 2000s and now operates as a builder and developer in land development, design, construction and property management. Residential work covers custom and luxury homes, townhouses, semis, villas, bungalows and bespoke houses, while commercial and industrial buildings make up the rest of its portfolio, with condominium and townhome projects also named. It also restores and renovates building interiors and exteriors and adds storeys. Its principles are quality, integrity and professionalism, and completed projects are shown on streets such as Trillium Drive and Walford Road. Rated 5 from 2 Google reviews, both at five stars.
