Campanale - Longfields Station

Campanale is a family company in its second generation that builds, rents and renovates across Ottawa. Longfields Station in Barrhaven is a master-planned community with transit access, commercial space, rental properties and urban terrace homes, and the company has past communities, resale homes and model homes to tour. Buyers who want something of their own can look at custom homes and renovations, using its design-build approach. Its work also covers property management, general contracting and commercial fit-up, and it describes its solutions as energy-efficient. Client reviews praise the sales centre, the craftsmanship above standard code and the pre-delivery inspection, and one buyer calls the central location a reason to choose Campanale. Rated 4.2 from 79 Google reviews, 45 of them five stars and 6 one star.
