Lagois Design-Build-Renovate

Lagois Design Build Renovate has worked from North Gower since 1984, taking on major renovations, additions and custom homes across Ottawa and the surrounding area. Design is done in-house, and one team handles design, selections, permits, budgeting and construction, with engineering, drawings and inspections managed for the client. The firm also takes on kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home transformations and aging-in-place work, using a three-phase design-build process. Net zero is a specialty: it delivered what it describes as the first renovation project in Canada through CHBA's Towards Net Zero program and offers Net Zero Ready renovations. Projects carry a no-fee, five-year warranty. Neighbourhoods served include Westboro, Glebe, Manotick, Kanata and Orleans. Rated 5.0 from 48 Google reviews, 47 of them five stars.
