Novera Homes

Novera Homes is a high-end custom home builder in Ottawa that works with award-winning architects and interior designers to deliver one-of-a-kind homes, taking on just a handful of projects each year. It starts with site plan applications and architectural drawings and carries through to construction, and on a heritage-sensitive Rockcliffe project it consulted the residents' association heritage committee and obtained a heritage permit from the City of Ottawa. A reviewer describes the design and build of their home, and another hired it for a total renovation of an older condominium that took just over two months. One project earned a GOHBA 2018 Housing Design Award for Renovation of the Year, and its Rockcliffe work was featured in the Ottawa Citizen. Rockcliffe and Westboro are named on its pages. Rated 5.0 from 1 Google review, a five star rating.
