About Tse Design Co.

TSE Design Co. is a design-build studio in Newmarket serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area with custom homes, major renovations and interior design. Design and construction are handled together, from plumbing and electrical layouts, engineering coordination and permit drawings, submissions and approvals through demolition, excavation, foundation and structural work. Carol has over 18 years of experience leading design and build projects, including hotels and other large developments. Named residences make up most of the portfolio, alongside a physio clinic, a hair suite and a tattoo studio. The firm markets luxury home design and renovation. The studio grew from a belief that design and build work better together, and it manages trade onboarding, scheduling, change management and scope control through construction. All 17 of its Google reviews are five stars, for a 5.0 rating.
