Alair Homes King

Alair Homes King serves Nobleton and the surrounding communities with custom built homes and renovations, from multi-million dollar remodels to minor renovations and extensive custom builds. It was formerly Belcon Construction Co. Alair Homes is a network of independently owned custom home builders across North America, and each location is locally owned and operated. Clients get a proprietary construction management system called Client Control that lets them take part in the build. Featured projects include the Wellington Reno and Harrington Mews, and project consultations can be scheduled. Alair says transparency and client involvement are the goal, and articles on renovating on a budget are published. Rated 4.0 from 8 Google reviews, 6 of them five stars and 2 one star.
