About Aria Build

Aria Build is a family-owned, HCRA-licensed custom home builder in North York serving Toronto, East York, Leaside, Etobicoke, Mississauga and Oakville. Design-build is its core method: an in-house architectural and interior design team prepares floor plans, elevations, millwork and finish packages, then carries the job through permits to occupancy under one contract. It builds luxury custom homes and also does second-storey additions, whole-home renovations and commercial fit-outs. Drawings, engineering, building permits and scheduling are coordinated for the client, and completed homes come with the applicable Tarion warranty. Rated 4.9 from 78 Google reviews, 76 of them five stars and 2 at one star. Its process runs from discovery and a feasibility review through architectural design and permit planning, a fixed quote and construction schedule, custom home construction, and completion with Tarion warranty support. Locations served include Aurora, East York, King City, Leslieville and Markham, and the firm also handles architectural services and construction management.
