About BRIKS Design-Build Group

BRIKS Design-Build Group designs and builds custom residences in Toronto, with a luxury residential construction arm for the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods. In-house trades carry projects from design through construction, and the company manages building permit applications with independent building surveyors. Remodelling and renovation work includes kitchens, basements and additions, and a separate commercial and general contracting side serves businesses. All of its custom homes come with a full 2, 5 or 10 year Tarion Warranty. Rated 4.5 from 18 Google reviews, 15 of them five stars. A development arm, cost guide and process guide round out the offering. The firm also takes on small jobs, from a few fittings to a kitchen remodel or a basement finish, and its in-house trades work to schedule and budget.
