About Built By Pros Inc.

Built By Pros Inc. is a women-owned general contractor serving Toronto and the GTA since 2008, with a mix of renovations, additions, multiplex conversions and new custom homes. Custom homes go up on vacant lots or on existing properties, with one team coordinating design, permits and construction. The company handles CAD drawings, structural engineering sign-offs, zoning and municipal permit applications on the client's behalf, and hands over a deficiency list plus every warranty and permit at the end. It is licensed, insured and WSIB covered, a RenoMark certified renovator and a BILD Ontario member. Other services include multi-unit conversions, aging-in-place upgrades, basement finishing and commercial office renovations, with a free consultation offered. Projects are completed across North York, Scarborough, Vaughan, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill and Brampton. Rated 4.8 from 17 Google reviews, 16 of them five stars.
