Centra Homes

Centra Homes is a North York home builder with experience at production scale as well as in custom homes. It develops its own communities, including Artisan Towns, a collection of towns in a Mississauga neighbourhood beside woodlands and the Credit River, and it also does land development, condominium construction and commercial development. For custom homes, its services run through architecture, zoning feasibility studies, custom home design, city permit submission and construction, with material quantification and procurement and interior design, from initial excavation through to final landscaping. The company also promotes a Centra Cares commitment to customer service. Buyers can approach it either for a home in one of its own communities or for a custom build, and the company handles the steps from design and permits through excavation and landscaping.
