About Eurodale Design + Build

Eurodale Design + Build is a small design-build firm in North York handling residential additions, renovations and custom homes across Toronto and the GTA. Architectural design, interior design and construction come from one team, and the process charts permit and approval courses and applies for permits and approvals. Its portfolio includes contemporary, modern and infill custom homes, among them a 2,500 square foot custom home in Yonge and Lawrence that replaced an older single family house. Renovation projects it has built won CHBA and BILD awards. It cites more than 20 years in business and offers online estimates. Its process moves from a first chat to consultation, design and build, with CAD floorplans and elevations tied back to budgets and finish schedules developed before construction starts. Hours are posted. Rated 4.6 from 28 Google reviews, 24 of them five stars.
