About Leman Construction

Leman Construction is an owner-operated firm in North York that has built custom homes, renovations and additions across Toronto since 2013. Work is led personally from start to finish and carries European finishes. Projects span the established neighbourhoods of Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, York Region and Oakville, with the Davenport Road and Hazelton residences among its showcased builds. A typical engagement runs through a design partnership, structural and mechanical engineering, supplier sourcing and permit drawings, ending in a full design package and a fixed-price contract with milestone payments. The company is a family firm that takes on a small number of projects at a time rather than building for volume, and it runs a showroom. Rated 4.8 from 20 Google reviews, 19 of them five stars.
