Linwood Custom Homes

Linwood Custom Homes is the North York office of Linwood Homes, a Canadian owned builder with more than 50 years of custom home experience and homes shipped to over 25 countries. Clients choose a design from the catalogue or bring their own plans. Linwood supplies the design and the structural materials, prefabricated into a kit that arrives on the client's own site, and the client either hires a general contractor or manages the trades. Design styles include cabins and cottages, post and beam, modern, farmhouse and Scandinavian, and a client review describes a lake home built in Muskoka. The process runs through design, materials and build, with fixed prices and a clear upfront cost estimate for the chosen design, materials and finishes. Rated 4.9 from nine Google reviews, eight of them five stars.
