Rostek Homes Ltd.

Rostek Homes is a construction management company with about 30 years behind it, building custom homes in neighbourhoods such as Rosedale, Bayview and York Mills, Lawrence Park and St. Andrew-Windfields. Its design build approach has architects, designers and craftsmen handling a project from the design stage and budgeting through permits and construction to home care maintenance. Work ranges from 10,000 square foot new homes to whole home remodels, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping and damage restoration, and it also takes commercial projects. Its team approach keeps the architect, designer and builder on one project from the first budget through to maintenance after move in, and owners rebuilding or expanding in those neighbourhoods have a firm that already lists them as its territory.
