About Royal Castles

Royal Castles is a North York custom home builder led by Poya Ghavidel, P.Eng., and every project starts with an engineer first review. It designs and builds custom homes, additions, major renovations and commercial fit-outs across Toronto and the GTA, and it also builds garden and laneway suites. Structural design, construction management and building permit acquisition are part of the service, along with luxury home construction and resources on permits, zoning and structural questions. It is Tarion certified, so its projects meet Ontario's new home warranty standards. It offers online estimates and on site visits. Its service list also includes interior design consulting, property development and real estate services, and its guides cover custom home costs and garden and laneway suite costs. Hours are posted. Rated 5 from 27 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
